The system has been continuously maintained & serviced by Siemens / Siemens Healthineers with a complete and documented service history from installation to DEC 2025. All preventive maintenance and required repairs were performed according to manufacturer specifications.
The system is fully operational and was in active clinical use until NOV 2025.
